Arguably the oldest form of cooking, stews are a cold weather necessity. Our slow simmered stock was given the Thunderkiss treatment when left over El Salvador coffee was thoughtfully added. Fresh, local veggies bathe in this decadent sauce served with a toasted griddle muffin to sop up every last drop.
